Problem:
Il Gelato make superb Italian ice cream. It’s a premium product, and like any premium product you pay for it. The challenge was to explain the difference between normal ice and Il Gelato Italian ice cream in an interesting way.
Solution:
Essentially, it all comes down to ‘air’, or rather a lack of in the case of Il Gelato, so our simple idea was an audio demonstration where the announcer allowed extra gaps between the words. The 30 second commercial was engaging from beginning to end, and included a terrific little touch at the end where we used a real Italian voiceover to sign off the commercial.
