Problem:
How can we continue to generate interest in a traditional Christmas event in the City that had been running for years, and was becoming a bit ‘ho hum’?
Solution:
We created an engaging award-winning radio commercial that sounded like there were hundreds of people all responding simultaneously with appropriate ‘ooohs and ‘arrrrghs’ as the christmas lights were turned on and off in preparation for the big event. The commercial played for one week prior to the event across all commercial radio stations, and contributed substantially to one of the biggest crowds in the history of the event.
