Problem:
What’s so special about a quarter chicken and gravy? Even with a good deal on a can of Coke, it’s not exactly the ‘sexiest’ of things to talk about on radio.
Solution:
You never know where an idea will spring from. When we decided to give our fast food promotion a name, the ‘Gravy Train’ offer, we came up with the idea of making the voiceover sound like a train. This simple idea had extraordinary cut-through on air, sold a train-load of takeaway chicken for the client, and actually picked up a Golden Stylus Award.
