Problem:
How can an internal DPaC document that’s essentially an instruction manual (‘Creating Ipac News Stories’) be made even more clear for any staff who may need to update departmental news stories for the first time?
Solution:
The updated manual utilises simple colour coding, clearer ‘step by step’ instructions, and went from a standard A4 portrait to a landscape format that worked more effectively with the imagery and content.
