Problem:
How do we build on Tassie’s reputation for extraordinary paddock to plate experiences in the spring season of 2017 while capturing the positive and irreverent spirit of the people who live in one of the most beautiful places on earth?
Solution:
We go behind the scenery and reveal interesting, sometimes quirky stories of locals who share their passion for fresh tasty produce, quaffable pinots, wondrous whiskies, and everything else in-between, which we know ‘foodies’ can’t get enough information on. The project involved research, phone interviews and then writing the copy for three day, seven day and 14 day Itineraries all over the Tassie.
