Problem:
How can Local Councils in Tasmania improve their overall performance, and to act in accordance with the terms of their Charter?
Solution:
The Department of Premier and Cabinet undertook a complete review of the Good Governance Guide for Local Government. Our task was to ensure the 100-page document would be presented in an attractive professional form, which included new diagrams, page layouts and specific scenarios to assist Local Councils with understanding good governance.
